Pizza delivery crazy anecdotes

Working as a pizza delivery man is not as easy as it may seem! It might be a cool student job to earn a bit of money, but you’ll be glad when you get real employment afterwards. In this little article, we’ve decided to put together a few of the crunchiest anecdotes we found on the web regarding this profession.
Pizza delivery restaurants are what make this world go round, but as you will quickly notice, some customers are not the brightest of the lot.
The haunted house of Dracula?
A guy said that in New York, he met what seemed to be the reincarnation of Dracula. He was cycling to the apartment after a pizza was ordered online during the night, but as he knocked on the door, he failed to get an answer. He insisted quite a bit but the customer still was not showing up, so he knocked harder and the door opened by itself.
He shivered as a painful, slow creaking sound was produced by the door. The lights inside were all shut down, like the weird inhabitants of the apartment were afraid of the light. Nobody was in sight, so the pizza delivery guy started to back off in order to leave this place ASAP. Finally, a man that was dressed exactly like Dracula, even with the fangs and stuff, showed up with a mysterious glare.
With the snotty attitude of a Count, he asked who dared to disturb him in such a fashion. His accent was one of a Transylvanian man, and he slammed the door closed as soon as he could put his hands on this pizza delicacy. Luckily, nobody was bitten in the process and Frank was able to come back to the pizzeria to speak of this anecdote to all his coworkers.
A caffeinated decaffeinated coffee that must be recaffeinated
Don’t worry, the title is quite weird but the story is simple.
There was some random man that ordered a pizza with two soft drinks, a caffeinated one and another one that didn’t have caffeine, because his blood pressure could not sustain it. Sometime after receiving his order, he called the pizzeria to say that someone had tampered with is decaf: it tasted a little bit funny. Of course, this was totally impossible because the drinks are shipped and sealed by the manufacturer, and customers are the only ones who could open them.
As a policy, the pizza delivery restaurant had to offer another drink in exchange, even though the story did not make so much sense. Guess what the customer ordered in exchange? A caffeinated drink! The delivery team still had to show up and make this weird swap.
A strip-tease for the delivery
A young man with very long hair went to deliver a pizza to a certain person named “Katia”. When he arrived at the door and rang, he instead heard the muffled voices of three young males, who seemed to be peeping by the door hole to see what the delivery person looked like. Seeing the long hair, they immediately thought it was a girl, which seemed to excite their manly instinct.
When the door flew open, the three of them were shirtless and definitely disappointed to spot a male bringing them a pizza.
Dog stories
If you were to have a night discussion with deliverymen and women, most of them would tell you that dogs are very scary beasts when it comes to getting food to a house. It’s kind of normal for them: they defend their territory against an invader. However, when they are not on leash or when the master takes a lot of time to move his ass to the door… the jobs loses some appeal.
